Grab a ring you own that fits on the finger you plan to wear it on.

Measure the internal diameter of the ring, ideally in mm.

Then use the chart below to determine your best fit.
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably—snug enough so that it will not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with a little resistance.
Before you measure your ring size, remember: knuckles matter. If your knuckles are significantly larger than your finger width, it's best to size up otherwise you won't be able to slide your ring into place.
